SmartExposé GmbH
SmartExposé was a Berlin-Kreuzberg-based PropTech company, founded in 2011, that built mobile and web applications for marketing residential real estate. Its all-in-one platform combined responsive project websites, native apps, and a CRM, letting developers and brokers create a property exposé once and distribute it across web and iPhone apps that stayed up to date and worked offline, complete with floor plans, videos, 360° tours, and equipment catalogs. Positioned as one of Germany's leading real-estate app and web developers, it counted companies such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, Engel & Völkers, and Grossmann & Berger among its clients, managing tens of thousands of property units through its system. In 2017 the company and its team were merged into allmyhomes GmbH.
