Vestway is a data-driven sales company that markets new-build residential apartments to private investors as a capital investment. Founded in December 2025 as IKFHT Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH and trading as Vestway since January 2026, it is a joint venture of property developer Instone, residential broker Knight Frank, and technology partner Homebase. It runs the whole investor journey on one platform, from lead generation and marketing, through advice on taxes, depreciation, KfW subsidies, and financing, to a digitally managed purchase that coordinates banks, notaries, developers, and sales partners from reservation to notary. Its inventory is verified, KfW-40/QNG-certified new-construction apartments drawn largely from Instone's pipeline. Headquartered in Essen, Vestway sells across Germany's metropolitan regions.
